Polaris understands the value of flexibility. We understand that it may be necessary to work outside of normal business hours in order to best serve our clients. For example, you may wish to schedule service that requires network downtime after your staff has left for the day. Or perhaps you'll need us to beat a deadline. While we are often able to meet your needs, our rates are higher during extended business hours.
Normal Business Hours (NBH): Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays.
Extended Business Hours (EBH): all hours outside of normal business hours, except holidays.
Polaris observes the same holidays as the federal government: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Washington's Birthday (President's Day); Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We are available to all of our customers during Normal Business Hours. Customers may also schedule services during Extended Business Hours, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a technician during this period unless stated in your Customer Agreement. Receiving service during Extended Business Hours requires the agreement of your technician or an alternate. If you want guaranteed service during EBH, this must be explicitly stated in your Customer Agreement.
