We begin every client relationship with a personal meeting. During this meeting, a Polaris consultant speaks with key personnel and assesses your current technology assets. We work with you to determine your technology goals and the best services to fulfill them at a reasonable cost. After the meeting, we draft a Customer Agreement which details your goals, the services you need, a schedule for implementation and estimated expenses. We offer significant discounts for clients who sign a Customer Agreement and commit to a schedule of services.
Alternatively, if your situation does not require this specificity, you may sign a basic agreement which gives you access to our team of consultants, technicians and designers.
